The washing machine and dryer were really expensive. Every other hotel we’ve been to charges a lot less to use these facilities. Hotel also didn’t have facilities to obtain coins for the machine. We had to go to multiple 7/11s to get enough coins out.

Overall a good location and decent room however will require better ventilation for bathroom

Quiet, good layout for size of room. Umbrella is provided in the room. Large tv. Close to MRT station and Orchid Road. There was a vending machine for drinks.

Bathroom did not have good ventilation and was smelly. The gym facility (1 treadmill and 1 cycling machine) is very woeful.

Comfortable stay with a few quirks

-Great location - located close to a main transport hub (easy to get around) -Food options close -Marina Bay approx 30min walk -Clean and comfortable

-Bathroom and shower walls are glass (wouldn’t want to stay here with someone I wasn’t totally comfortable with) -Washing is $6 per wash, and $6 per dry (expensive)

Location, location with funky vube

Cleanliness and staff helpfulness. Laundry facility. Very good location for transport and Orchard Rd.

I could hear my neighbours talking at 3am in the morning when they got home to their rooms.

Room very compact. Alright for short stay and convenient to transport, shopping and food

Liked that you had laundry facilities Location was great and close to bus, MRT and big shopping centre. Close enough to facilities but not on noisy and busy main street Staff excellent Room soundproof

No safe in our room meant we had to take our valuable with us every time we went out. No drawers and insufficient hanging space for clothes meant we had to literally live out of our suitcase Gym too warm

I like some of the room layout Its convenient and clean, an effiecient space for 2 or 3 day stay.

This the 2nd time i stayed in Ji, til now not yet found things that i didnt like. So keep up the goodwork Ji!

Comfy hotel, great location.

Comfy bed, good shower, biggest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room, friendly staff, great location for public transport and shopping.

Would prefer more privacy for toilet and shower area(glassed in). Bed hard against one wall made it awkward for one person to get out of bed.

Great value hotel & convenient location

A very helpful free cancellation policy which only charged me on arrival - which allowed me my preference to use local currency rather than be billed in Sterling. I arrived on a late flight from the airport, check-in was straightforward and a lack of "faffing" allowed me to grab a shower & hit a much needed and comfortable bed. The room was basic - but had everything needed. The next morning Aziz (the Manager) was most helpful and accommodating in allowing me to leave (a lot of!) my luggage whilst I ran some errands for a couple of hours. I was travelling with meds which required refrigeration - and this was not an issue either. Aziz could not have been more helpful. It is the first time I have used this chain (this hotel is their first in Singapore) ... If the service and standards are replicated at their other establishments I would definitely recommend and will return.

There were tea making facilities in the room ... but not coffee! ... I'm a coffee drinker! :-(

Don't mind coming back here, pleasure stay!

The location, it's near to the Dhoby Ghaut Station, bus stops and Plaza Singapura. Warm and cozy ambience with basic facilities but definitely worth the money. Check in process was quick but i wish the receptionist would smile more.

I haven't received my deposit refund even after a month of my stay there. So frustrating! Please assist.

Overall good

The location was very close to Dhoby Ghaut station and bus stations so that was very convenient. The room was spacious and the TV was huge. It was nice being able to control the temperature yourself and it was a bonus that they provided essentials like Toothpaste, shower caps, and slippers! Staff were helpful, there was a laundry room in the hotel where you can wash your clothes (the reception has coins you can exchange to). We were able to check in very late at night (1am) as there was always someone there at reception 24hrs.

When you're in the room, it seems sound proof but the moment you walk down the corridor, you'll hear sounds from other rooms (very loud). At times you'll here noises from people shutting their doors when you're inside the room. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest I've seen.

Too pricey

Good location, room is clean.

But the aircondition had some issues in the first night, sometimes it's too hot and sometimes too cold, we had to get up several times at night to adjust, it's very tiring.
